ROLLUX  products are  all produced by injection molding process, using customizing injection molding machines and accessories. To keep raw material particles clean and make sure the humidity, each injection molding machine is equipped with a separate drying machine to shorten the distance of the material particle into the injection molding machine channel after melting.

All molds steel are imported from Germany and hot runner as well to guarantee of product quality stability. Additionally we use fully automated manipulator to reduce labor costs and to keep production efficiency.

At present, the roller product range is 20 mm ～ 160 mm,  and the annual production capacity can reach 8,000,000 ～ 120,00,000 pieces.
