ROLLUX is offering engineering plastic rollers as well as other components, which are widely applied for escalators, intra-logistics sorters, conveyors, automatic warehouse, automatic doors ,elevators, automotive and photovoltaic industry.

The factory was founded in 2010 at Suzhou city, 6,000m² approximately, about 50 employees so far. There are several automatic injection molding machines and testing equipments, the capacity per year is about 8,000,000 ～12,000,000 pieces.

There are several experienced engineers in our technical team, they have sufficient knowledge of material science and experience for developing injection mold, rollers even injection equipment and automatic grinding equipment, ROLLUX has obtained more than thirty patents so far. To save time and cost, FEM will be used to simulate the roller design and injection molding process before production. Additionally our engineers will give their advise for technical service. We would like to work together with the customers for developing their new products and optimize their design for the products they already have.

All of the products are produced by injection molding without primer, it has longer lifetime compared to the castings. ROLLUX quality system is according to ISO9001 and there is quality center for testing raw material, ball bearings and rollers.

We are able to simulate working situation in our quality center to meet various demand from the customer.

So far ROLLUX has been qualified by NECTEC for fuction test and been approval by several escalator customers, like OTIS, ThyssenKrupp. For intra-logistics industry, ROLLUX rollers have been widely applied on cross belt sorters for Chinese express and e-commerce companies.
