Lawyers from Jiangsu Shihong law office came to  ROLLUX for labor law training

On April 8th, 2018, Jiangsu Shihong law office lawyers Mr. Shao and Mr. Qin came to ROLLUX for the labor law and employee manual training. It is to strengthen the awareness of enterprise management and self-protection of employees.

The training was highly valued  and supported by all the the employees, there are 35 persons participated in the training totally,  and the top management as well. During the whole process, everybody attentively listens to the lecture, takes the note earnestly. Mr. Shao combines the reality and explains all  the possible contradictions between the company and the staff one by one according to the manual. All the attendants has introduce questions if there were anything not clear in the manual and the teaching.

It is a good opportunity for the employees to learn their right and protect themselves. They are all looking forwrd to more similar training.
